What is an AI readiness assessment?
An AI readiness assessment looks at the foundations a business needs to use AI well. This free self-assessment covers people, process, knowledge and data, and technology.
Who is this assessment for?
Business owners, leaders and team managers who want a starting point for AI adoption. Answer for the team or business you know. It suits non-technical leaders as well as larger teams.
How many questions are there?
There are 12 scored questions, three for each foundation. You also choose a business priority first, which makes the suggested next step relevant to you.
Do I need to provide my email?
No. Your score, foundation breakdown and suggested next step are available on this page without an email address.
How is the score calculated?
Each answer scores 0 to 3. Each foundation is converted to a score out of 25 and rounded, then added to give a total out of 100. Your business priority does not affect the score.
What does a high score mean?
A high score suggests you have foundations to build on, based on your answers. It isn't an independent audit of your security or likely return, so check lower-scoring areas and test the controls before expanding AI use.
Can I change an answer?
Yes. Use Back during the assessment or Review Answers after seeing your result. Start Again clears your answers and priority. Reloading or leaving this page clears your answers.
What happens after I get my score?
You see your results straight away. If you want to go further, we can use the score as the starting point for a call and a practical roadmap. There is no obligation.
