AI Management Training for Business Leaders

AI for Owner Operators costs NZ$5,000 + GST for one participant and six taught hours. Each broader management programme costs NZ$10,000 + GST per business for 12 taught hours and one to five participants: the owner and any nominated senior managers. All three include preparation, learning materials and assessment. Software licences, travel, implementation and ongoing support are excluded and must be separately agreed if required.

Standalone management training that teaches owners and senior managers to evaluate AI opportunities, manage risks and lead adoption. Participants apply the methods to their own business and produce their own decisions and plans.

An AI Fundamentals Workshop covering capabilities, limitations, structured prompting and responsible use, followed by applied training in evaluating opportunities, managing risks and measuring value. Participants use practical exercises to apply these management skills to their own business.

Participants complete an initial applied exercise and a comparable independent exercise at the end. Trainers assess the quality of their opportunity evaluation, risk decisions, evidence checks and action plan against the same rubric. Completion records describe the skills demonstrated and any remaining learning needs.

Participants learn to write structured prompts, evaluate outputs, apply responsible-use practices and make informed decisions about AI. Our historical case studies describe how people applied these skills to recruitment, construction, quoting and research. They demonstrate training experience and practical skills application.

Yes. Every programme is applied to your own workflows and operations, not generic case studies. Exercises use your real tasks, so the skills transfer directly into daily work.

Participants keep the learning materials, their own action plan and a record of the skills demonstrated. Further training, implementation or managed AI can be scoped separately if useful.
