- We may retain rights to underlying frameworks and methodologies
- Specific ownership will be detailed in your service agreement
Fair Use: We may create anonymised case studies about our work together (with your permission) to help other businesses understand AI benefits.
7. Limitation of Liability
What We're Responsible For
We're committed to:
- Delivering services with reasonable care and skill
- Meeting the specifications we agree to in writing
- Providing support as outlined in our agreements
- Protecting your confidential information
What We're Not Responsible For
We cannot be held liable for:
- Business losses due to AI system outputs or decisions
- Downtime of third-party AI platforms we don't control
- How you choose to use or implement AI in your business
- Regulatory compliance in your specific industry
- Indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages
Liability Cap: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that caused the issue.
Your Insurance
We recommend maintaining appropriate business insurance to cover your operations, including any AI-related activities.
8. Termination
Ending Our Relationship
Either party can end our working relationship:
- By Agreement: When a project is completed as planned
- For Convenience: With reasonable notice (typically 30 days)
- For Breach: If someone seriously violates these terms
- For Non-Payment: If invoices remain unpaid after reasonable notice
What Happens When We Stop
- We'll help transition any ongoing work reasonably
- You'll pay for work completed up to the termination date
- We'll return or delete your confidential information as requested
- Any AI systems we've set up for you will typically remain yours to use
9. General Terms
Governing Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
Communication

Severability
