No. You authorise access through Xero's OAuth flow. The AI client uses the MCP tools made available to it and does not receive your Xero password.

No. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are not refundable for unused time, change of mind, or because you have not yet connected Xero or ChatGPT, except where the law requires otherwise.
