No. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are not refundable for unused time, change of mind, or because you have not yet connected Xero or Microsoft 365 Copilot, except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel from billing at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and then stops. See the Terms of Service at app.xero.elab.co.nz/terms.
